Terms of Service

By accessing crystalastrology.com ("the Site") or installing and using the Crystal Astrology iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the App.

Crystal Astrology provides natal chart casting, planetary transit readings, synastry comparisons, solar return analysis, and traditional astrological correspondences (crystals, herbs, incense, and calendrical power windows). The free tier offers the natal chart and selected readings; the paid tier, called the Inner Circle, offers additional features and interpretations.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time without prior notice. If we discontinue a paid feature during an active subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund via the contact channel below, subject to Apple's refund policy.

You may use the free portions of the Service without an account. To sync your chart across devices, join the Inner Circle, or use features that persist data server-side, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

The Inner Circle is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through Apple's App Store for $2.99 USD per month (or local currency equivalent). New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial at the start of the first subscription period.

The following terms are required by Apple and apply to all in-app purchases:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be the same monthly price listed above unless we notify you of a change in advance.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device and select Crystal Astrology. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Inner Circle access until then.

All refund requests for Apple-processed subscriptions are handled by Apple under the terms of your Apple Media Services agreement. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site or App except where expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person, create accounts for other people without their permission, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gates, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Inner Circle content without written permission.

The Service, including the astrological interpretations, correspondence tables, visual design, chart wheel engine, and all copy, is the property of Crystal Astrology or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

Your natal chart data, and any notes or annotations you enter, remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or your birth information.

Crystal Astrology is a traditional astrology application offered for reflection, study, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Correspondences for crystals, herbs, incense, and other materials are drawn from historical and classical sources for educational purposes. They are not endorsed by regulatory bodies and should not be used to treat, diagnose, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any suggestion related to your health, finances, or legal situation.

Astrological readings describe tendencies and classical patterns. They do not predict the future with certainty and should not be relied upon for irreversible decisions.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Astrology and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect, via email (if you have an account) or a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the iOS app (You tab → Delete Account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice where feasible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; active auto-renewing subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
