My chart looks wrong. How do I fix it?

Open the iOS app's Chart tab and tap Re-cast (or cast a new chart from the web). Make sure the birth date, time, and city are exactly right. A 15-minute error in birth time can shift the Ascendant by several degrees. If you know the time to the minute, use it; if you only know a ballpark, try the time you believe is closest and compare how the reading feels.

How do I cancel my Inner Circle subscription?

On iOS: open the Settings app on your phone → tap your Apple ID at the top → SubscriptionsCrystal Astrology → Cancel. You will keep access through the end of the current billing period. Inside the Crystal Astrology app you can also tap You → Manage Subscription to jump straight to Apple's sheet.

I subscribed on the phone. Can I use the web too?

Yes. Open the iOS app, tap You → Sign In (or Sync across devices on the Inner Circle screen) and sign in with a Crystal Astrology account. Your subscription status syncs automatically. You can then use the same account to log in on crystalastrology.com and see all Inner Circle features there.

I already subscribed on the web. Do I need to pay again on iOS?

No. Open the iOS app, go to Inner Circle, and tap Already a member? Sign in under the gate's purchase button. Sign in with the account you used on the web, and your web subscription will unlock the app's paid features. You do not need to purchase again.

I need a refund.

iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple, and all refund requests must go through Apple. Open reportaproblem.apple.com on any device, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Crystal Astrology charge, and request a refund. Apple typically reviews requests within 48 hours. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. For subscriptions started on the web, email us and we'll handle it directly.

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app: You → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice, and then your data is removed from our servers immediately. If you prefer to delete via email, write to us from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion within two business days.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel that separately in iOS Settings as described above.

The city search doesn't find my birthplace.

The city autocomplete uses OpenStreetMap data through a public geocoding service, which covers most populated places but occasionally misses very small villages or historical names. Try a larger nearby city with a similar longitude, or contact us and we will help you enter precise coordinates manually.

Is my birth data private?

Yes. We do not sell or share it. It is stored only in your account row in our database and used to compute your chart. If you delete your account, it is erased. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
